Full-time position: Account Executive
Job Description:
As an Account Executive with KRKO, you'll utilize outside sales knowledge to analyze client needs & create solution based radio advertising recommendations around a sports radio format. Sporting events will include (but are not limited to) Everett Aquasox Baseball, Everett Silvertips Hockey, WSU Cougar Football & Basketball and local high school football & basketball, as well as NASCAR and Fox programming.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 1 year of radio advertising sales experience. You'll need to exhibit your ability to do the job by showcasing a proposal submitted to a client, and be able to talk through the sales process and how you have pursued a client. You should also be able to talk through the strategy of building a promotion for a client.

Candidates should be ambitious, focused and goal oriented. It is critical to be able to work independently and that you have strong time management and computer skills. Account Executives at KRKO manage existing accounts and prospect new business through cold-calling & lead generation. You must possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, and have reliable personal transportation.
Compensation:
Your earnings will be directly proportional to your motivation and determination; you’ll receive a monthly base salary initially and commissions after a 90 day review…at which time you will also receive health and dental insurance.
